Bharat Holidays - Booking and Payment Policy:-

Payments:-

-For all the services contracted,certain advance Payments should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your location or at the time of Arrival. PAYMENT:-

  • *First Payment:- For booking we need amount 50% of your total package amount.
  • *Second payment:- Rest of the 50% amount you will pay after receiving Voucher or Tickect.
  • *Payment for flight/Train/Bus:- Customer have to pay full booking price of Flight/Bus/Train in advance if they went to travel with that.
  • *Due to flexible price of flight you need to pay full Amount for flight booking.
*Mode Of Payment:-

-Overseas Advance payment can be made through IMPS, NEFT, RTGS,CASH Deposit,Google Pay ,Bhim pay,Phone Pay, Paytm to Our Bank.

*CONFIRMATION RECEIPT:-
After making the payment you will receive payment confirmation mail through our Company.

1. Goods and Service tax is five percent. It is not include in packages. If any customer want to include Goods and service tax in the package then he / she can ask to tour coordinater to include in the final package.

2. Convenience fee is twelve to thirteen percent is not included in the package to be paid before the trip. It is depends on package destination.

3. Before finalizing the package please read our terms and conditions properly then book because company will not be responsible for any issue for not reading the terms and conditions and important notes, after booking the package

*For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.

*Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another Vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.

*Prices can fluctuate during peak season dates.

*Hotel Check-in and Checkout Timing:* For early check in and late checkout payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

*In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

Meal Plan: We are offering CP & MAP meal plans in almost all the destinations, kindly check with the sales executive before confirming your holiday. In few destinations the hotel didn't provides meal, so we can left the meal plan amount to the customer according to the package cost

The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.

Mandatory Identification Document Detail:

All Guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s, And Indian Nationals) must Provide a Photo ID At The Time Of Booking Confirmation Of Tours. The Given Below Documents Are Applicable For Different Categories:

• For Foreign Nationals – Copy Of Passport + Visa Is Mandatory.

• For Non-Resident Indians Clients (NRI Client) – Copy Of Passport.

• For Domestic Clients – Copy Of Driving License / Voter ID Card / Aadhar Card Is Mandatory.

Modifications: Bharat Holidays has the right to modify/change any term and conditions without prior notice, but you will be notified by us via call, message and email.

*Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 10 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.

*Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)

*Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)

We will generally ask for the following types of personal information:

• Name, Address, Email and Contact Details.

• Date of birth.

• Gender and/or Information about your use of our product or service .

• Aadhar card / Pan card / Driving License.

• Passport number.
